What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number (optional) and the description of what you need. We also record that you ticked the consent box, and which version of that consent text you agreed to.
When you create an account, we receive your email and password. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google tells us your email and basic profile details.
Our server reads the IP address of each request to limit repeated submissions. That address is used at the moment of the check and is not stored with what you send us.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visit statistics. It sets no cookies and does not track individual people.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and advise you on the work you described.
To create and run your account, and to keep you signed in as you move between pages.
To keep the website stable and safe, for example by blocking bulk submissions.
To see aggregate visit numbers so we know which pages help. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we send no marketing newsletter.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Your data is stored on Supabase, the database and sign-in platform we use.
The website runs on Vercel infrastructure. Vercel handles incoming requests and provides the aggregate visit statistics.
If you sign in with Google, Google handles the sign-in step and tells us your email and basic profile details.
These companies are our service providers. Apart from them, we share your information only when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site sets sign-in session cookies only, so you do not have to type your password again on every page.
We set no advertising cookies, we embed no ad-network trackers, and we build no behavioural profile of you.
Our visit statistics work without cookies.
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. After that you will need to sign in again.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept for as long as your account exists.
What you send through the contact form is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation.
You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing msxtech@msxgroup.com.vn. We will delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
To use any of these rights, email msxtech@msxgroup.com.vn. We reply as soon as we can.
We handle these rights under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
Children
Our service is made for people at work and is not aimed at children.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to msxtech@msxgroup.com.vn and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes.
The date of the latest update is always shown at the end of this page. For a significant change we will say so on the website.
