Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
The details you give us should be accurate, and updated when they change.

Acceptable use
Use the website for lawful purposes.
Do not probe, attack or interfere with our systems, and do not try to reach data that is not meant for you.
Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, or harmful software.
Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects how it works for everyone else.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Content and intellectual property
SKILL packages and the content on this website belong to MSX Tech or to their authors.
Do not copy, redistribute or resell that content without written permission, apart from anything we mark as free to use.
The MSX Tech name and logo belong to MSX Tech.
Content you send us stays yours. You allow us to use it as far as we need to in order to handle your request.
Purchases
Paid packages are not on sale yet.
When sales open, separate purchase terms will be shown at checkout.
Until then, anything about a paid package goes through talking to us directly.
Availability and no warranty
We try to keep the website running, but it can go down for maintenance or upgrades.
The website is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be free of faults, or that it fits any particular purpose of yours.
We may change or retire parts of it.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, MSX Tech is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website.
Nothing here removes liability that the law does not let us remove.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
If a dispute comes up, we would rather sort it out with you directly. If that fails, it goes to a competent court in Vietnam.

We may update these terms as the service changes.
The date of the latest update is always shown at the end of this page. Carrying on using the website after that date means you accept the new version.
